These Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Kabobs have chicken, fresh pineapple, peppers and onions grilled and basted in a sweet and tangy barbecue glaze. The perfect recipe for your summer grilling - serve with a side of white rice and additional sauce for an amazing dinner.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (11.8 ounce) bottle Private Selection Hawaiian Pineapple Wing Sauce
- 1 (19 ounce) bottle Private Selection Texas BBQ Sauce
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 3 cups fresh pineapple (cubed)
- 1 green bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 red onion (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 10 wood skewers
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Hawaiian Pineapple Wing Sauce and Texas BBQ sauce until well combined. Reserve 1/2 cup of sauce and place in the refrigerator.
- Place chicken in a gallon-sized resealable bag and pour remaining sauce over top. Seal bag and refrigerate for 2 hours (or overnight).
- Soak 10 wood skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
