INGREDIENTS
- 1 large sweet potato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- First, preheat oven to 400ºF. Then, prep your sweet potato by first cutting off the ends and slicing in your preferred method (see video). Once sliced, drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper. Then, toss with your hands.
