INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 (17.3-oz) package puff pastry, defrosted
  • 3/4 pound pulled pork
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1-1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 400ΒΊF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Unfold pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 9 squares.
