Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars (aka Pan Chewies) - our family's go-to Sunday Night Dessert! It's your favorite cookie in bar-form served hot and perfect with ice cream.

ingredient

• butter
• brown sugar
• egg
• vanilla
• flour
• baking powder
• baking soda
• salt
• chocolate chips

Intructions

1. And with these ingredients, they only take a few minutes to put together. Begin by microwaving the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Let cool.
2. Add the brown sugar, vanilla and egg and mix well. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon and pour into a greases 9×9 pan.
3. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
