Ingreditions
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tablespoons sliced raw nuts (any nuts of your choice. Almonds, cashews, and walnuts are all excellent sources of good fats and protein)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup granola (choose unsweetened one)
- 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
