Ingredients:

• butter
• powdered sugar
• flour
• cornstarch
• cream cheese
• salt
• lemon zest

Intructions

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and powdered sugar till smooth. Add the flour and cornstarch and stir till well mixed. Dough will be stiff.
2. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. Roll into 1″ balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325° for about 15-18 minutes.
3. Cool completely, then frost with my lemon cream cheese frosting recipe.
